Facial reflexology Calm & Relax workshop - English version

Feeling anxiety, feeling overwhelmed or feeling stressed can have a huge impact on our lives (and also on our skin).

Besides the mind-train of constant worry, stress has a seriously bad effect on our entire being. Our body gets into a fight or flight response. If this is for a short amount of time, our body will reset itself but if this is for a longer while, the body will end up reaching a state of overdrive.

In the Calm & Relax workshop, you will learn how you can help your system to destress and relax! This is done by stimulating some points/zones of your face that are in contact with your nervous system. By touching and connecting with these areas, you give the brain a signal to slow down, to calm down, to relax.

You can perform this protocol all by yourself by following the instructions of the PDF file and corresponding video’s!

You will receive:

  • A PDF file where everything is explained about the nervous system containing;
  • A Calm & Relax protocol in words and through a map of the face
  • 1 Video where the protocol is shown and explained
  • 1 Video where the protocol is shown without spoken words so you can just follow along
  • 1 Surprise video

What you will need within reach for the Calm & Relax workshop:

  • The printed PDF of 21-day practice sheet and 7-day stop sheet
  • Pen/pencil
  • (A clean face when preferred)
  • Mirror
  • Our reflexology tool or a tool with a rounded end or tip like a pen, the back of a makeup brush, the round corner of a crystal, a chopstick, a crochet needle or just simply, a finger of your hand!

Relaxation is one of the biggest gifts you can give yourself. And YOU hold the power to unlock this in yourself!

By the way, because this is an e-learning workshop are all sales final.


In some cases it is better NOT to practice facial reflexology. It's better to avoid this when:

  • You have had Botox and/or fillers or cosmetic surgery
  • You are in the first 3 months of your pregnancy. During the rest of the pregnancy ALWAYS AVOID THE COMPLETE UPPER LIP TO THE NOSE (the place where the mustache would be) and always consult with an expert about what is possible or not
  • You have a pacemaker and/or other implants
  • You use medication for psychological problems
  • You suffer from dementia/Alzheimer's
  • You have open wounds
  • On wet eczema/acne
  • You just had surgery
  • You have high or low blood pressure. This is mainly due to the fact that facial reflexology lowers blood pressure! But consult with an expert about what is possible or not
