Feeling anxiety, feeling overwhelmed or feeling stressed can have a huge impact on our lives (and also on our skin).
Besides the mind-train of constant worry, stress has a seriously bad effect on our entire being. Our body gets into a fight or flight response. If this is for a short amount of time, our body will reset itself but if this is for a longer while, the body will end up reaching a state of overdrive.
In the Calm & Relax workshop, you will learn how you can help your system to destress and relax! This is done by stimulating some points/zones of your face that are in contact with your nervous system. By touching and connecting with these areas, you give the brain a signal to slow down, to calm down, to relax.
You can perform this protocol all by yourself by following the instructions of the PDF file and corresponding video’s!
